Federal Express is From Morocco With Love's chosen carrier and your order will be carefully prepared for shipment within 2 business days of order placement. During checkout, you'll have the opportunity to select  your preferred delivery methods from three different levels of service. Depending on your selected shipping method and location, you can anticipate an additional 1-5 days for delivery. Since no one likes guessing games, we’ll send a FedEx tracking number via email the minute your parcel leaves our South Carolina facility, so that you may track its progress and know precisely when Moroccan luxury is scheduled to land on your doorstep.

 

For those who choose expedited shipping, please remember that our standard in-house processing time (2 business days) still applies; time-in-transit is in addition to our processing time.

 

Because exquisite Moroccan luxuries deserve equally elegant packaging, From Morocco With Love is pleased to present your purchase swaddled in our signature blue tissue, presented in a kraft gift box adorned with our logo. That means your purchase is already dressed in its Sunday best, ready for gift-giving. If you’d like us to tuck a complimentary hand-written gift message in with your order, please type your text (exactly as you’d like it to appear) in the appropriate section during checkout. We’ll be happy to inscribe one of our beautiful custom cards with your sentiments at no additional charge. In addition, each purchase is accompanied by a custom storycard, which explains a bit more about the product you’ve chosen, how it was crafted and the role it plays in traditional Moroccan culture.

Should you have questions about an existing order or need assistance placing a new order, our offices are staffed Monday through Friday from 8:30am until 5:30pm EST. You can reach us toll-free during those hours at 800.419.5973. If you need to reach us after hours, please leave a message…we pinkie-swear we’ll call you back.

We regret to inform you that shipping outside the United States is not available at this time. Fear not, as we hope to offer this option in the near future.

If you’re anything less than thrilled with your purchase, please contact us at 800.418.5973 at your earliest convenience so that our concierge may assist in the return of your items. We’ll gladly accept the return of any purchase, so long as it’s received back in our offices within 15 days of delivery, in its original condition and suitable for resale. Once we receive the return, we’ll issue an electronic gift certificate for the original purchase price, valid for any purchase on our website within 12 months of issue. Please note that we do not offer credit back to your charge card and that both the original shipping fees and your return shipping cannot be included in the credit.

 

If you receive products which were damaged in transit, we must be notified within 48 hours of delivery. Please retain all packaging materials so that we may successfully file an insurance claim on your behalf.

While we appreciate that there are innumerable causes which are worthy of heaps and heaps of help, From Morocco with Love is a registered non-profit in the State of South Carolina, a philanthropic organization in and of itself. Every penny of our profits is filtered back to Morocco for the benefit of local women and children. We immunize, clean the teeth of and attend to the educational needs of those living in Morocco. As such, we are not in a position to offer charitable contributions to other organizations, though we send you oodles of good juju and many blessings in your efforts.

 

From Morocco With Love is required to collect Sales Tax on all orders shipped to South Carolina addresses.
